Ryan's Geneology

Andrew Ryan Green

There is no doubt about it, Ryan is the best fisherman of the family. Here he is with Blackie, his personal best Largemouth Bass. He caught this when he was 6 years old. He and I were fishing from the bank on a little known lake called Marine Creek Lake.

He said "Dad, I'm hung up again". But he wasn't, it was a fish! About that time the brute jumped completly out of the water. I was whooping and hollering with excitment while Ryan hauled it in like a pro. It weighed 4 1/2 pounds and was 21 inches long. He caught it in the month of April on a chrome Model A crankbait.

We were both so proud of it we had Blackie mounted for Ryan's perpetual bragging rights.
