Monte and his oldest, Seth, fished Ray Roberts Thursday evening. We got blanked. But it is always fun to be on the lake. We fished Tube Creek which is back in Wolf Creek. The carp were thrashing all of the banks in the 65° water. We were excited at first then we realized what was going on. The bass didn't seem to be there.

Roy (Rock) Hudman found the catfish on Lake Fairfield on Wednesday. He sent Monte this picture to help us remember what fish look like. Thanks Rock, its been a while since Monte has caught one. Roy and his two brothers caught 20 or so drifting across some humps with shrimp.

We plan on trying Ray Bob again this weekend. The very next cast could be the whopper!
