Monte Thats Brisk, Baby! tried to put his son Ryan and his friend Charlie on the Ray Roberts sand bass but struck out (again). The boys finally gave up and went swimming while the old man painted the boat trailer.

Monte has been reading many reports about the sandies all over the lake but can't seem to get any to bite. The graph is charting them but they won't hit the slabs we are throwing. May need to check out the sandies on Lake Lewisville next time out.

Monte just overhauled his 90 Horse Evinrude and it runs like a brand new one. We are very pleased! Still breakin it in. She is presently on her third tank of gas and is literally humming like a well oiled machine. It is for sale cause Monte found a real deal on a bigger boat. Click here to take a look at her.
